Interview Like a CEO™ (ILACEO™) provides career transformation programming, workforce development solutions, B2B licensing, pilot programs, and related digital products and resources. Our services are designed for organizations, workforce development programs, and authorized partners.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and services, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, curriculum, methodologies, branding, logos, and digital assets associated with Interview Like a CEO™, ILACEO™, and SophiaTheDigitalPro Media Group LLC are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

4. Licensing and Program Use

Organizations that enter into a licensing agreement with us are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our program materials solely for the purposes outlined in the signed agreement. Unauthorized distribution, sublicensing, resale, or reproduction of program content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the agreement and legal action.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

• Copy, scrape, or reproduce any content from our website without permission

• Misrepresent your affiliation with any organization when engaging with our services

• Use our program materials outside the scope of a signed licensing agreement

6. Payment Terms

All fees for services, licensing, and digital products are due as outlined in the applicable agreement, invoice, or checkout process. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for non-payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

SophiaTheDigitalPro Media Group LLC provides career development education and workforce training resources. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, job placement, or hiring results. Our programs are designed to improve professional readiness, communication, and interview performance, but individual and organizational results may vary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SophiaTheDigitalPro Media Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or materials provided.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination of a licensing agreement, all rights to use our program materials cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Sangamon County, Illinois.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
