Refund Policy

Interview Like A CEO™

Thank you for choosing Interview Like a CEO™ (“ILACEO™”), a brand of SophiaTheDigitalPro Media Group LLC. We are committed to delivering high-quality career transformation programming and workforce development solutions. Please review our refund policy below before purchasing or licensing any of our programs or services.

1. B2B Licensing and Pilot Programs

All fees for B2B licensing agreements, pilot programs, and organizational partnerships are non-refundable once a signed agreement is in place and program delivery has begun. Because our programs involve proprietary methodology, curriculum access, and preparation of materials tailored to your organization, refunds cannot be issued after onboarding has commenced.

2. Discovery Calls and Consultations

Discovery calls are offered at no cost and carry no financial obligation. No refund applies.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable resources, toolkits, templates, and digital curriculum materials are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled pilot or licensed program before delivery begins, please contact us in writing at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations received within this window may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future engagement at our discretion. Cancellations made fewer than fourteen (14) business days before the start date are not eligible for refund or credit.

5. Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you believe your situation warrants an exception to this policy, please contact us directly at partnerships@interviewlikeaceo.com. All exception requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
